É um hotel Ibis, então lembre-se de que não há toalha de rosto. Fora isso, é descolado e moderno. Café da manhã muito bom e o atendimento caloroso com aquele jeitinho mineiro super acolhedor. Ter uma farmácia que também é um mercado ao lado do hotel facilita muito a vida.

Achei o quarto bem apertado para 3 pessoas. O banheiro é dividido entre área da pia, área da vacia sanitária e área do box. Você acaba sendo obrigado a trocar de roupa dentro do box. Ja fiquei em outros ibis bugets antes e foi bem mais co fortabel neste quesito. Além do mas, eu tinha reservado o quarto para 3 pessoas e nao tinha roupa de cama e nem toalhas para terceira pessoa. Precisei solicitar a recepção. E eles só fornecem a toalha de banho, nao tem toalha de rosto. O café da manha tinha variedades, porém quando acaba x item, demoravam para repor.

O quarto poderia ter ao menos um frigobar - o que facilitaria o hóspede guardar uma bebida, uma comida; não tem. É muito simples! Teve um dia durante minha hospedagem que tive que utilizar o elevador de serviço. Os de uso social, além de parecerem travados, sem funcionar nesse dia específico, um deles os botões são muito velhos: seria interessante trocá-los. Fora isso, atendimento, informações, recepção, limpeza, silêncio, nota mil.
