Quarto pequeno e aos finais de semana a limpeza é demorada. Quanto ao ar condicionado ele não é muito eficaz. Alguns atendentes eram prestativos e outros não. O acesso é fácil e a entrada é bem bonita. O acesso para os quartos tem uma porta de vidro que não ajuda muito os hospedes, passar o cartão, segurar a porta pesada de vidro e ainda carregar as mãos torna tudo difícil

O hotel é bem bonito, em um casarão antigo, muito bem localizado. O quarto mantém o padrão ibis, mas o ar-condicionado não gelava muito bem e a porta do banheiro não vedava, o permitia que vazasse água. O atendimento foi bastante cordial e rápido.

Reclamei na recepção que precisava de uma limpeza, pois eu estava com a minha bebê e tinha muita sujeira no chão e me deram um pano para eu limpar. A internet não funciona e no último dia ficamos sem água devido a um problema na bomba.
