Very good hotel, great breakfast spread and helpful and friendly restaurant staff. The standard rooms are very tight and space was maximized to accommodate the most amount of rooms so often times the reception, elevators, driveway, and breakfast tables were overloaded and understaffed. It did take an exceptional waiting time to check-in and out but the complimentary pão de queijo and coffee was a nice touch.

This is my favorite hotel in Belo Horizonte. Great location, the area around the hotel is very nice with several options for restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and transportation. The staff is very attentive. The room is a good size, with a good bed and shower. The breakfast is excellent.

Conveniently located hotel. It is a budget hotel, though. The blankets are thin and there’s mildew on the grout in the bathroom. However it’s comfortable, everything in the room works, and the staff are helpful and speak English.

Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update !

Sempre me hospedou nesse hotel, desde a época do Túlio In, mas dessa vez tive alguns aborrecimentos, fiquei muito contrariado, não vou detalhar aqui, mas se realmente esse hotel tiver um gerente responsável e dedicado, preocupado com o bem estar dos hóspedes, ele ou ela me procurará. Já relatei o ocorrido com alguns funcionários. Na próxima vez que eu for a BH, vou pensar duas vezes, se voltarei a esse hotel. Lamentável.
