O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

O quarto não estava com a limpeza em dia, o colchão velho, todo deformado. Toalhas faltando, foram fornecidas um tempo razoável após serem solicitadas. Café da manhã muito fraco, as panificação tinham sabor e textura de dormidos. Um ponto positivo é a equipe, foram muito gentiz.

o quarto era pequeno demais, o Hotel esta diferente das fotos postadas, a piscina estava em manutenção, o cafe da manha deixou a desejar, tentei trocar de quarto e ninguem se esforçou para tal, nem o Hotel.com e nem o proprio Hotel Metropole.

Equipe sempre solícita. Quarto simples, a tv ficava em cima do guarda-roupa, mas não fui para assistir tv rs. A piscina está interditada, foi frustante. A localização do Hotel é incrível.

A equipe de recepção é simpática e o ambiente limpo. Mas o quarto que fiquei, o 207, deve ser o pior do hotel: a chave mal abre a porta, cheiro de mofo e infiltração na parede, chuveiro sem água quente, ar condicionado não funcionava e televisor também não. Consegui mudar de quarto apenas na noite do dia seguinte e com insistência. A piscina está desde início de novembro "em manutenção" no deck (sem nenhuma obra). Então não se pode acreditar na foto de divulgação. O café é simples, mas com equipe reduzida para repor xícaras e copos... A sanduicheira está precisando de troca. Enfim: o hotel todo precisa ser reformado. E simpatia não esconde barata no banheiro do quarto.
