O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Estadia descepcionante. Não tinha toalhas. Tivemos que descer na recepção duas vezes pra pedir. Nos arrumaram toalhas sujas. Outros apartamentos também não tinham toalhas. Café da manhã fraquíssimo e com mosquitos pousando nos alimentos.

Adorei o hotel, muito legal um hotel de 1938 muito chique e com um café da manhã maravilhoso. Uma viagem no passado, recomendo a todos.

O hotel está aquem do que expõe em fotos. Atendimento precário e funcionários sem a capacidade de oferecer informações claras e necessárias. No ato do check in apresentado descaso com hóspede . Não haviam toalhas disponíveis no quarto e o banheiro com fiação e canos de esgoto do andar superior exposto, causando apreensão. O que salvou foi o café da manhã e a profissional que atendia o espaço do café. Mas poderia melhorar e muito mais devido a localização.

Foquei em um quarto com quarto sem mobília adequada ( não tem mesa de cabeceira, nem outra mesa para apoio), tv em cima do frigobar com risco de queda, banheiro com sujeiras incrustradas, toalhas de banho bem velhas, portas com cupins, não tem telefone no quarto, comunicação com a portaria pelo whatsapp mas demoram atender, café da manhã bem simples, sem muitas variedades. As fotos do site não são equivalentes à realidade. Pontos positivos atendimento presencial na recepção e caldo de cortesia a noite.
