This hotel has affordable valet parking and a great location in the middle of downtown with great access to everything including the municipal park. The building is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Overall a great stay at a good value.

Stayed at this hotel several times. Location is convenient for downtown and near the bus station. Nazarene, front desk, was very helpful and professional. The entire hotel staff is kind. I would recommend this hotel.

A água,quente do chuveiro estava morna. Para usar o elevador, é necessário um cartão que dá acesso apenas ao andar do quarto, alem do térreo e do quinto andar, onde é servido o café. Para ir ao quarto de uma amiga que viajou conosco, foi preciso subir 9 andares de escada e em 3 deles as luzes não acenderam. O café da manhã é muito bom. Ovos mexidos excelentes, 5 variedades de frutas e 3 de sucos naturais. Os funcionários foram muito educados e atenciosos.

O primeiro quarto terrível! Sem ventilação, parede e cortina mofadas, janela dava pra máquina do ventilador . Me senti muito mal… impossível ficar naquele apartamento. Pedi pra mudar e fomos para um com duas camas, mais espaço e ventilado. Agradeço ao rapaz que me atendeu, não me recordo o nome porém fez a diferença. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Quarto limpo e roupa de cama boa.

Quarto com uma vista linda, aconchegante e muito confortável. A limpeza deixou a desejar. Os copos utilizados no quarto eram lavados dia sim e outro não. Café da manhã fraquíssimo e com as mesmas opções todos os dias. Chegmos numa quarta feira e ficamos surpresos com o som altíssimo vindo de um dos andares, que não ficamos sabendo ao certo o que era e isso se repetiu por vários dias. A localização do hotel e a atenção dos funcionários, principalmente, da equipe do restaurante no café da manhã, foram os únicos pontos positivos.
