O atendimento dos funcionários foi maravilhoso, a galera da recepção super solícita e educada. Porém, o quarto deixou a desejar em vários aspectos, como por exemplo: o banheiro era apertado, com aparência ruim, o vaso estava sujo, a varanda estava com mau cheiro e a cama era dura. Não recomendo a estadia, apenas destaco positivamente o atendimento.

Quarto minúsculo e sem o conforto mínimo. Nem lençol para cobrir tem. Um cobertor em cima da cama que nao se sabe a última vez que foi higienizado...Ralo do box não escoa a água com eficiência. O chuveiro é bom. Café da manhã fraco. Moradores de rua rodeando o hotel, eu achei o local perigoso. Não é um hotel para receber turista. Prédio velho precisando de reformas urgente.

A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga. Há algumas partes com paredes meio quebradas e placas antigas. As portas são antiguíssimas assim como a estrutura dos quartos. O colchão afunda e fica desconfortável de dormir. Não havia ar condicionado, mas havia um ventilador. Esse ventilador estava extremamente sujo ao ponto de a sujeira acumulada estar saindo da proteção do ventilador. Pedi à recepção para limpar e no dia seguinte eles limparam adequadamente (o serviço deles é bacana - a estrutura do hotel que é mal cuidada). No banheiro o ralinho estava nitidamente muito velho e desgastado, com a aparência de extremamente sujo. Dava pra sentir o cheiro do esgoto vindo por ele. No chuveiro os cabos e conexões passavam por fora da parede (alguma gambiarra que não quiseram esconder pela parede), não obstante aparentavam estar instaladas com segurança.
