The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. The breakfast was great and varied. The location was great within the Savassi neighborhood and it allowed us to walk to many restaurants, bars and stores in the area.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Very friendly and polite staff. Food at the restaurant was very good, and I thought prices were fair. Room is spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, and shower head was the best I ever had in a hotel. Definitely recommend and I will stay here again when returning to Belo Horizonte.

Stayed here for the Exposibram 2022. Hotel is comfortable, clean and in a great area - Savassi. Staff speak English, have a well equipped gym, steamroom and sauna as well as spa on site. Only complaint is that the room wasn’t as sound proof as required and the street was noisy from time to time.

Carnaval e eu Cansado da viagem, liberaram o quarto às 11h e ainda Recebi um kit de folião de boas vindas. Cama extremamente confortável, café da manhã muito bom. O hotel no geral é muito bom, em ótima localização, com boa cama, chuveiro, quarto espaçoso. A equipe foi gentil, o café da manhã é bom e, no geral, achei um bom custo benefício. A única coisa que não gostamos foi a questão do late check out. O hotel enviou, com antecedência, um e-mail com opções de "upgrade", entre elas o late check out, inclusive com horários e preços específicos. No entanto, não responderam se seria possível, depois disseram que somente poderiam confirmar ou não no dia do check out e, além disso, cobraram um preço maior que o oferecido no e-mail. Assim, acredito que se não é possível ofertar o upgrade conforme anunciado, não deveriam oferecê-lo.
