The room was spacious and comfortable. The area by the pool was well kept and it is a great place to relax while watching the beautiful mountains in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area in the city. Breakfast was very good, but they need to replace the dishes more often. They need to keep in mind that it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Some of the days I was not able to eat scrambled eggs, because the pot was very small and the kitchen staff did not replace it. Also the cheese bread were delicious, but for a few times they almost let it burned. A suggestion for the tables: cover them with plastic table cloth so it will be easier to clean and the table cloth will not get dirty as we saw. We spent 3 weeks in the hotel. It is a nice hotel, cleaned lobby and common areas.

Amamos o hotel. Quarto extremamente espaçoso, muito bem decorado, mobiliado e aconchegante. Só o banho que não agradou tanto. Pra quem gosta daqueles chuveiros quer parecem uma cachoeira, não é desse tipo que o hotel oferece. Funcionários extremamente dedicados e anfitriões à moda antiga, daqueles que até vão até o carro para pegar as malas e levar até o quarto. Café da manhã dentro do padrão para o valor. Não é o café mais variado, mas faz jus ao preço da diária.
