Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a dishwasher and washing machine.



Enjoy the private saltwater pool (available on weekdays), garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table. The standard booking accommodates up to 8 guests on the first floor with 3 double beds, 1 single bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. With an extra double room, up to 10 guests can stay. For larger groups of up to 12, the bungalow with bunk beds is available.



The downstairs lounge and outdoor areas, garden, and pool can be rented for events, birthdays, and family gatherings. Professional catering is available upon request.



The property is fenced and set in a peaceful, pleasant location, close to attractions like Serra da Estrela, Belmonte, Torre Centum Celas, the historic villages of Sortelha and Monsanto, and the Zezêre River. Free parking is provided. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Bicycles, a quad bike, and a small motorbike can be rented on request and are available for an extra fee.
