The breakfast was delicious and very generous, and I particularly appreciated the availability of Kosher meals. Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were consistently kind and patient. It smelled so nice.

So, after almost three weeks in Portugal, this is our worst experience. This is not about the hotel itself, which was very clean and quite generic with a very large room. This is about the staff and the restaurant. We asked for best restaurants in town and we were sent to 3 places…all but one were closed.The one that was not closed was a dump!!. We came back to the hotel and after mentioning to the front desk that the places were close , we got the “ I don’t know” from the staff and attempted to eat at the hotel restaurant. My wife’s dish was OK , I sent mine back ,it was not edible. Staff came back with the same thing , could not eat it…all fat!!!.I ordered lamb chops, why I got is one chop and the rest?????not sure. Have picture to prove.Picked thru it ….

I would not recommend this hotel.

We are frequent travellers and understand qualities a 4 star hotel offers. We were so disappointed that we would rate this as 1 star. No hat water. Staff did not resolve the situation during our stay. Most uncomfortable bed (springs poking through mattress). Sewer smell in bathroom, we reported this but staff were not concerned, No management to communicate with, Extremely unpleasant stay.

O Sinai Hotel fica situado no centro de Belmonte, bem perto dos lindos museus que possuiu, da sinagoga, do castelo e da igreja. Fomos muito recebidos por uma simpática recepcionista que nos forneceu preciosas informações acerca do que poderíamos visitar. Chamou o chef do restaurante que nos aconselhou o menu para o jantar: "Costeleta de sardinha" e "Bacalhau com queijo da Serra" - tudo delicioso.
