Enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautifully appointed vacation home with a garden and a small pool, just 500 m from the beach. With two separate, newly renovated (2025) vacation apartments (sleeping 4 and 6 people), the home offers the ideal combination of privacy and time together—perfect for families and friends. Enjoy the sun and the sea away from the major tourist areas, with good amenities and plenty of recreational opportunities right nearby. Living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens are equipped with new air conditioning units and heating. Above the apartment is a huge rooftop terrace (solarium) with magnificent panoramic views, breathtaking sunsets, and sunshine all day long. The well-maintained garden features a small pool, a garden shower, and a restroom accessible from outside. In addition to semi-shaded spots under banana trees, grapevines, and trumpet trees, there is a spacious, sheltered seating area. The garden and rooftop terrace are virtually hidden from view and therefore offer plenty of privacy.
The well-maintained beach (500 m) at Bellreguard Platja, with barrier-free access, is perfect for walkers and sunbathers almost all year round. Away from the tourist centers yet close enough to enjoy their amenities, there’s something for everyone here. Just 3 km away, you’ll find beautiful natural beaches. Even in the off-season, there are restaurants, beach cafes, and shopping options within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity are a soccer/basketball court, bocce courts, and a tennis club (500 m); a little further away is a public indoor swimming pool, opportunities for paddle tennis and fitness, and much more. Additionally, during the season, you can enjoy water sports, beach volleyball, and an open-air movie theater.... Cycling and hiking in nature (the Marjal de la Safor birdwatching area and the Parc Natural de la Marjal de Pego-Oliva, featuring the warm saltwater spring Font Salada) are possible year-round. The nearest golf courses are in Gandia, Oliva Nova, and Denia. The house is located between Gandia (population 80,000) and Oliva, each 6 km away.
