The room was very nice. It was a little small. It sucked that we had to pay $10 for a microwave. When on the website it says microwaves are included. The shower was beautiful. The parking was really bad. We had a lot of luggage and had to park way near the sidewalk by the main road. But overall it's really, really pretty there. The faculty, the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I just didn't like the parking situation and the swimming pool situation. There was just a lot of people where I had to exit the hot tub and all these kids just came and overflatted the water and I was trying to relax my shoulder. I had surgery on my shoulder and I just wanted to sit in hot water and had to leave because all these children just came and basically kicked me out of the hot tub. I didn't want to argue with the kids and their parents and a lot of the kids were swimming in their clothes. I thought you had to be in your bathing suit. Maybe book pool and hot tub needs to be a little bigger and something in the chemicals made my whole side swell up really bad and was extremely itchy. I don't know if I had allergic reaction to the chlorine but it was very, very painful. But I'm okay now but it is a beautiful resort

We enjoyed the casino and the dining. Our room was better than expected. I only have two complaints. The wifi was unusable and the hot was just warm and not anywhere close to hot.

The property and room were well tended. Staff was nice. Room was comfortable. Guests were respectful. Smoke odor was almost non-existent which was very nice. The faint smell in the hallway was reasonable and to be expected in order to accommodate all guests. Appreciated the delicious and quick service at breakfast on Saturday morning, October 11 as well. Thanks, we would return.
