Located in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park, at an altitude of 920 meters, near the village's old cheese factory, this gîte has been renovated with a chalet-style decor and can accommodate up to six people. It features three bedrooms, a sleeping area in the mezzanine, and two bathrooms. The entrance is via an internal staircase leading to the second and top floor of a house. The entrance hall, with its wood-burning stove, opens onto a living/dining room and a bright, functional kitchen. Guests can choose from three bedrooms: a double bed (140cm), a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with an en-suite shower room and toilet, and two single beds (90x190cm). There is also a second bathroom with a toilet. For children and adults alike, a relaxation area accessible by a steep ladder is located in the attic (no window), an ideal spot for reading or playing games. Electric and wood heating. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings or, in winter, discover the 17 km of cross-country ski trails accessible to all. Downhill skiing is 10 km away, and you can also see dog sledding. Summer activities include numerous walks, trail runs, and hikes, as well as a variety of water sports (swimming, fishing, canoeing, etc.). There are also lakes to explore, such as Lac Genin, also known as Little Canada, with its inn, and Lac de Vouglans with its dam.
