Ideal for discovering the places of memory, nature at the foot of the cottage, our bright house is located in a very quiet area, with a discreet and benevolent neighborhood,
Close to all amenities and places of memory.
We have prepared a guide to share the good addresses of places to visit, restaurants, bars, 1/2 day tours.
Close to the center of Verdun: 3min by car, 6 min by bike and 20 minutes on foot by a walk along the Meuse. Also 1h30 from Paris by train.
We have made sure to make easy access to the gite!
The parking is free and is located in front of the house. A space for people with reduced mobility is also available in front of the house.
Access to the cottage is via a small private courtyard that you can fully enjoy
Only one small one is to be mounted to access the house.
The shower is equipped with grab bar and a removable seat.
A private outdoor courtyard is located at the back of the house and awaits you to relax on the comfortable seats.
A Small private house adjoining this courtyard can be used as storage for equipment, bicycles and there is the washing machine.
You enter the cottage via a small inner courtyard.
On the first floor, you will find the entrance, the living room with 2 sofas and an armchair, a little reading with magazines, books, a wood & pellet insert fireplace, the kitchen with a bar and 4 stools, table for 4 people, toilet, bathroom and a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160cm) with dresser and wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, standard coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary crockery, up to fresh celo paper, coffee, tea, herbal teas...
Bed, bath, kitchen and cleaning products are provided.
From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor courtyard at the back and relax on the sunbeds, enjoy the barbecue and store your bicycles and other equipment in the house adjoining the courtyard.

La "maison d'à côté" est une charmante demeure, très bien située, décorée avec goût et équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la maison est très bien située afin d'effectuer toutes les visites historiques. Julien est un hôte bienveillant et soucieux de notre confort.
