On the website it said Wi-Fi included but there was no password provided, and the tv in my room did not work. Although it was a smoking room the room did have a smell to it and I had to spray my own Febreze cause of how bad the smell was. Also, when my partner was checking the bed, he noticed the mattress was quite dirty.

Microwave door was broke refrigerator was dirty. It was a waste of money because I didn’t even stay in rooms. Yes rooms I rented 2 rooms for my family. And should not get a refund back.

I was first given a room that had not been cleaned...my next room the a/c kept cutting off and the mi i fridge had frozen everything i put in it,the room said no smoking on the door but the cigarette smoke smell was so strong it was in all my clothes, even the ones in my suitcase

The lobby area was dirty and disorganized. When I got to my room it smelled and my shoes stuck to the floor. Outside my door was a cart on wheels full of garbage. I put my luggage back in my car and left. There was a man sitting in a car next to mine with his car running. I did not feel safe. I was very disappointed that a property could be listed as a 10 and be anything like this. I was disappointed because my friends and I have never experienced this before with your service. I am out $80 and moved on.
