One front desk employee was very short with me when I asked her to please the empty coffee containers. I was standing on the side of the desk when she allowed another guest to approach her for check out when I was there before that guest. She changed my morning outlook."

"If you don’t like motel style, don’t stay here. Outside door was standing open when we got there. Floor was filthy because of stuff blowing in. Bathroom was filthy, staff was not helpful. Walls are very thin. We heard the neighbor hit snooze 9 times before he shut it off."
