My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. Charging over €100 per night for accommodation of this quality is borderline unacceptable. At this price point, guests reasonably expect a modern baseline of cleanliness, comfort, and basic maintenance, but this property feels as though it has been frozen in time since the 1970s or 80s—and not in a charming, vintage way. The moment you step into the building, the outdated atmosphere becomes glaringly obvious. The interior decor, furniture, and overall aesthetic are ancient and worn out. The hallways are in a particularly sad state of disrepair; peeling wallpaper hangs off the walls, and the carpeting looks like it hasn’t been replaced in decades. It is clear that the management has not invested a single cent into renovating or even properly maintaining the property for many years. While retro design can sometimes be charming if executed well and kept clean, here it just feels neglected, dusty, and dilapidated. The rooms offer very little comfort, the amenities are obsolete, and the overall vibe is depressing rather than welcoming. Paying a three-figure sum for a room that lacks basic contemporary standards is a total rip-off. In summary, this hotel urgently needs a complete overhaul and top-to-bottom renovation before charging premium rates. As it stands, it is nowhere near worth €100 a night. I strongly advise prospective travelers to look elsewhere for decent value.

The receptionist was nice and the area by the river was nice, but the hotel itself was awful and very dated. The small kitchen had a fridge but it must have been 30-40 years old, no facilities to make a cup of tea (or cups etc.). The staff was cleaning and talking loudly in the hallway/room opposite ours at 11 pm (evening). The balcony could do with a proper cleaning (see picture) - we did not sit there despite the nice view because the plastic furniture and the balcony itself was depressing to be near

Great hotel in a quiet location not far from the city centre 15mins walk. Just by the river nice walks and restaurants and guingettes around. Supermarket walking distance too. No Aircon though this is probably the only thing that was a negative for us as it was 35c outside. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Good parking although spaces are a little tight. Overall great stay would recommend if visiting Vichy

Apparthotel bien situé pour visiter Vichy a pieds ou pour partir pour une balade a vélo ; en laissant votre voiture au parking de l'hôtel. Personnels sympathiques ; très bon petit déjeuner. Quelle surprise à la sortie de l ascenseur au 5ème étage et dans la chambre Plongeon 40 ans en arrière, moquette d epoque tres vieillissante et propres douteuse, decoration 70-80's Comment cet établissement peut annoncer 3 etoiles 120€ la nuit avec un petit dej à 14€ minimaliste dans une salle presentant les mêmes stigmates que le 5ème etage C est ce qu on appelle de la publicité mensongère Seul point positif la qualite de la literie Pasdez votre chemin
