Located right off I-99 on your way to Penn State. Off-street parking, shopping for game day essentials (Sheetz, Ruters, Giant). Only 6 miles to campus.

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, a finished basement for extra space. Accommodates 6 people for the price listed. Would consider up to 8 people total (including kids). Renter is responsible for providing the air mattress.

Linens for the beds are provided. Please remember to bring bath towels (not included in the rental).

Master bedroom with ensuite bath. Second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with double/full bed. Second full bathroom and half bath on the first floor.

Outside sitting space, full kitchen. Park one car in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway (street parking is limited for any additional vehicles).

We know we will rent to exceptional families who will respect our property. Please NO parties, NO smoking, and NO pets. With very limited street parking the property can not accommodate more than 4 cars.

Great place to stay for State College visit

Property was super clean and owner was very good communicating instructions, etc. Just a short drive to Penn State and everything you need is close by. Had a great stay at this property. Would definitely stay here again.
