Renovated farmhouse with all comforts at 1250 m above sea level
in a protected and classified site in the heart of the Haut-Jura Natural Park,
Rare: the refuge is rented to a single tenant (no sharing of the gîte between several tenants)
Note: in winter the refuge is not directly accessible (there are still 400 m. to walk)
Description of the 140m2 cottage (MAX 10 people):
Entrance with storage,
Living room with 107cm TV, wood stove, comfortable sofa convertible into a 140cm bed,
NEW fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, raclette machines, fondue, party pancakes, kettle, coffee maker
Bedroom 1 on the first floor: 1 bed of 140
Bedroom 2 upstairs: 1 bed of 160 + 1 bed of 140 + 1 bed of 90
Bedroom 3 upstairs: 1 bed of 140 + 1 bed of 90 (if necessary I can add 2 extra beds)

Gîte chez Bailly te Bellecombe Jura

De Gîte was een gerenoveerde oude boerderij in een mooie rustige omgeving. Er zaten nog veel oude elementen in de woning en dit in combinatie met een nieuwe keuken, badkamer en toilet. Sommige bedden waren aan vernieuwing toe en we hadden lakens als extra service gekozen doch moesten we de bedden zelf opmaken. De 2e slaapkamer boven is enkel toegankelijk via de 1e slaapkamer. De zuiverheid was voldoende, er hing weliswaar nog kerstversiering in de woning. Er is enkel internet via eigen 4G beschikbaar en GEEN Wifi!!! Algemene beoordeling 7/10
