Bellano Studio 2 - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 2

Studio apartment on the mezzanine floor in the heart of the historic center of Bellano, in a small characteristic alley a stone's throw from the Bellanese “Dolce Vita”. Suitable for two people who want a comfortable foothold near the train station (6 minutes on foot), Imbarcadero (3 minutes on foot) and easy to reach bars, restaurants, shops and beach, all a few hundred meters away.
The studio apartment is reached through a small flight of stairs, and is inserted in the context of a historic Bellanese house. It consists of a living area with an easily convertible sofa bed, a cooking area and a bathroom. Even though it is not equipped with air conditioning, it is very cool, as is often the case for historic houses, with thick walls and positioned so that the sun does not heat them up; the supplied fan is sufficient on warmer days.
Important point of attention: the studio is 2 meters high; which gives it a very romantic and welcoming atmosphere, but it is not recommended for particularly tall people:)
Furnished with taste and attention to detail, it is equipped with everything you need to prepare an Italian breakfast or to prepare meals and dinner and enjoy them on the island table next to the kitchen: dishes, plates and pots, coffee maker and coffee machine, toaster.
Internet access and a large television, located in front of the sofa bed, complete the apartment's equipment.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
