A vehicle is recommended for exploring Bellaire and the surrounding area.



You'll be within a short drive of golf courses, skiing, downtown Bellaire, restaurants, lakes, beaches, and other popular Northern Michigan destinations.



Parking is available near the condo building.



During winter, Northern Michigan can receive significant snowfall. AWD or 4WD can be helpful during periods of heavy snow.

This condo is located on the second floor and requires stairs to access the unit.



This is a privately owned vacation rental located within the Shanty Creek Resort community and professionally managed by Bellaire Property Management.



Resort amenities, restaurants, pools, beach facilities, golf courses, ski operations, and other recreational services are independently operated. Hours, availability, fees, seasonal closures, and access policies may change and are outside of our control. Only amenities specifically included in this listing should be considered part of your reservation. This condo does have a outdoor pool and hot tub, open from May - Sept 30th. This unit does NOT come with a indoor pool pass to Shanty Creek.
