- Quite hours: 10pm - 7am
- No smoking: fee applies for violation
- Pets: under 80lb, max 1, no cats

- Pets can be attached to specially provided rope outside. Slides around, carabineer provided.
- Pets must be disclosed
- No pets on furniture
- Must be always supervised and if not, must be in the kennel
- Additional fee apply for any distraction
- Septic system: only toilet paper can be flushed; no grease, no food waste, no feminine products ect
