Disliked: Check-in, communication
Host did not communicate effectively or efficiently on the check in process. They overengineered a simple letter box key pick up, demanded my WhatsApp to communicate off the Hotels.com application, and then left me sitting in the lobby for over 45 minutes on an evening arrival after a long journey. Had to ask for an apology before any was offered. When they realized, they called the receptionist, who gave me the key instructions from an unlocked letterbox. Why the over complex check in process if it was that simple? Really ruined my stay here, and their attitude made the whole situation worse.
