Cocoonr offers this charming 38 m² air-conditioned flat with mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach, with communal pool, for rent in Belgodère. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A 20 m² living room with TV, 1 pull-out bed and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and percolator...
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 cm × 200 cm)
- Bathroom with bath/shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer....

Outside:
- An unheated swimming pool open from April to the end of October with access protected by an enclosure (opening dates non-contractual)
- A large 25.5 m² south-facing terrace, covered by a pergola over a third of its surface area, is equipped with garden furniture (a sofa and two armchairs with a coffee table, two deckchairs) and two sun loungers with a coffee table.
- The second terrace (8.5 m²) faces north and is covered by a pergola. It has a round table and six chairs.

The flat is ideally located in the commune of Belgodère, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Several beaches nearby
- Sailing centre and hire of paddles, jet skis, windsurfers, ....
- Visit the Agriates desert and its picturesque villages, Saint Florent, Ile Rousse, Balagne, the craftsmen's route....

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, located right next door.

- Nearest train station: Ile Rousse train station, 10 km away (about 15 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport, 31.8 km (about 36 minutes by car)

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation on request, for a supplement of €50/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
