Amazing stay. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Really really lovely staff members, everyone we encountered had time to stop and chat to us. Check in was really easy and smooth, we had left our bags earlier in the day which had already been taken up to our room for us, which is a lovely touch. Our room was really clean, and nicely decorated on theme. Very comfortable bed! The rest of the hotel is decorated and has lots of facts about the titanic which were really interesting. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options and you could order food as well which is within the breakfast price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast!!

Staff at reception and bar were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean but bathroom was dirty on corners. Same as bathroom near restaurant seat dirty and not clean in corners.... Room was cold and fan noisy. We didn't like the fact that there was no lock system on windows. Room was spacious and nicely decorate. Food (breakfast and lunch) were poor. Sub quality products

This was one of the most unique and finest hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff were superb and the attention to history in the unique building that has been converted to a hotel was simply amazing. I would go back to Belfast just to experience the hotel again.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and comfy bed. Stayed for 2 nights visiting family. Used the car park which is underground but has loads of space as it’s used by the museum visitors. Staff really good, plenty of them working in bar, restaurant etc. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Couldn’t fault this hotel, it’s quirky, full of character.

We had a super stay initially in a superior room. We enjoyed a corner room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The interior designer must have had great fun designing the hotel, the furnishings were all themed, but equally in keeping with the building. We had dinner on the Sunday night and the food was delicious, and with excellent service as you would expect. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, our flight home was cancelled and we managed to get a last minute room and returned to the Titanic. The. This time, we had a standard room, and it equally as nice as the superior, albeit smaller, and without the coffee machine etc. A really interesting hotel with lots of though being put into the decor and the history of the building. Unfortunately we missed the hotel tour but would definitely make the time to do this next time we visited .

The room was spacious with a beautiful picture window. We loved that we could turn the heating off at night. The bathroom was another spacious room but there was no heating in it and at times it got too cold. We love the Titanic hotel and we will decently book again.
