Very spacious room and shower room. Comfortable bed. Nice bar with good food downstairs. Automated check in with a free beer! If you have mobility issues then best specify when booking as there are a lot of stairs to upper bedrooms. Ideal location with Botanic rail station opposite. Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs.

Self check-in very easy and room easy to locate. Room as expected and bed very comfortable. The rooms are above a bar but on a Wednesday night there was no disturbance. The road is busy 24 hours a day so expect traffic noise. Perfect location for The Empire and a few nice restaurants around. Would definitely return for a concert in the Empire.
