Had a lovely stay. Best hotel I've stayed in whilst visiting Belfast by a country mile. Staff were helpful and pleasant, building and decor was newly renovated and the breakfast was excellent. Worth paying an extra £20 to stay here over the Clayton or others.

The Bedford Hotel is a very comfortable and clean hotel located by City Hall. Excellent food with delicious home baked bread which should not be missed. The staff are very professional but at the same time very polite, friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at the hotel numerous times and have always been welcomed back.

We had an excellent two day stay at the Bedford which was very conveniently situated for all our activities. A very comfortable bedroom and spotless bathroom, very friendly helpful staff. We didn't have the breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at The Bedford and wow what a hotel. The staff epitomised first class service and couldn’t do enough for you, the room was immaculate, the bathroom was warmly decorated with lovely tiling and bountiful fluffy towels in the bathroom together with complimentary water and coffee. I can’t wait to go back back just love love loved the place ! 5 star all the way
