Breakfast menu needs work options were minimal and food was mediocre. Rooms are quite small and shower makes an awful mess in the bathroom
Ten Square was lovely! We were exhausted and the staff was so helpful. It is located in a convenient spot for running around and exploring. The bed was comfortable and we looked out over the magnificent city hall. we would go again in a heartbeat.
Not even sure where to begin - this experience was simply stellar from beginning to end… Check in was fast, friendly & easy… upon entering our room it felt like we were walking into a terrace of City Hall, with the dome seeming to be mere meters from our door!
Our suite was impeccable - we truly felt like we were in another world! So comfortable, stylish & luxurious - we felt a bit of that “imposter syndrome”!
Staff - including front desk, room service, breakfast waitstaff & bartenders were all wonderful, attentive & super-friendly…
We wished we could stay longer than the three days we’d booked… Both Ten Square and Belfast exceeded our expectations!
Excellent location. Not fancy or luxurious but our room was a good size and had a very lovely view of city hall. Shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were very nice, just ike virtually everyone we met in Belfast.
from the minute we walked in, I think the front desk clerks name was Jamie, she and her co-worker where just amazing and so friendly. They allowed us to check in early and helped us in getting directions on where to go parking, visit and eat. We had breakfast 2 mornings at the hotel that where excellent, and dinner on Sunday night and was just as amazing. This place is amazing and worth every penny. Will return there one day for sure.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Hotel is centrally located in Belfast. Our room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast which was included in our room price. Easy walk to nearby pubs and restaurants. Parking was not on site, but in a multi-level parking station, about 1km walk.
This is a very big hotel. Right on a busy street so expect it to be noisy. Having said that the staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Parking is available at acost and its four blocks away, but everything is accessible by walking.
Small boutique type hotel with an awesome restaurant attached. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, shower was big and the products provided were top quality. Location was within walking distance of the central bus station.
Great location, walk from the train station. Clean, staff is friendly. Josper restaurant is ok, not anything to get excited about but after a long day it was quick and convenient. ** We were told After we booked that this is an event hotel and some rooms may be noisy. We were there on a Sunday night, didn’t see any signs of an event, and our rooms were quiet.
There was a bit of a mix-up at check-in, but it was rectified rather quickly and to our satisfaction.
The room was quaint and verify comfortable. The washroom was a bit dated but, they are in the process of updating some of the rooms in the wing we were in. Had a lovely view of City Hall.
I loved being able to let in some fresh air! The bed was really comfortable as well.
The hotel bar was great for a nightcap and the morning breakfast was delicious.
This was one of my favourite places to stay on our trip. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
While it’s not their fault that they don’t have onsite or valet parking, the garage that they have a relationship with is a ten minute walk/drive from the property, and they don’t have a loading zone to drop off or pick up bags. Also they host weddings several nights a week. - we were there a Thursday and Friday and a wedding happened each night - with music blaring until 1:30 AM.

No Toilet Brush.
Very poor breakfast. Poached eggs must have been cooked an hour before.
No berries to go with muesli.
I would have loved to have given this hotel a five star rating…but…it IS a full service hotel, which means that there were wedding there on both nights that we stayed. I love weddings…but I do NOT love having a room directly above the deep rhythmic base of music that went on till the wee hours. Headache and sleep deprivation weren’t part of my holiday plans.
Really well located and only 15 minutes from city airport. Some really lovely features inside, well decorated and the staff were friendly. Only two concerns - the first night was incredibly loud when we were trying to sleep as there was a wedding on in the hotel. The team did offer to move us but after a day of travel, we just wanted to rest so decided against it and the noise stopped at midnight so it wasn’t too bad. Second issue was upon checkout when we were told we owed money for bar drinks which had been charged to the room. We only had two drinks each across two nights and paid for them at the time, nor did we ever mention the room number when ordering. It suggests that there are no checks when someone says they’re staying in a certain room can walk away with free drinks, and someone else will be asked to pick up the bill. The team were very gracious about it and removed the charge when we explained there’s no way it could have been us. I would still recommend the hotel but think it’s only fair to flag issues, and acknowledge that the team responded well to each.
