Bed terribly uncomfortable and badly stained

All staff at the hotel were great and the dinner was very nice however our bed was very uncomfortable and we struggled to get much sleep . When I lifted the mattress cover off to look for exposed springs etc we found it was very badly stained .

Convenient hotel in centre of Belfast

Booked as a a central Belfast hotel for a city break. The hotel was in a good location and staff were friendly. We left bags at reception as soon as we arrived in Belfast and on the last day too. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable and clean. Only thing missing was air-con as hotel seems quite modern but warm.

Great service especially front counter ((Halah). However a lot of hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning and this was a little uncomfortable but then Halah came to the rescue with a fan for the room. Fabulous location as recommended by a local friend. Food, shopping, entertainment were all only steps away.

Lovely staff, super easy check in/out experience. Overall a good 2 night stay. However, could have done with a mini fridge for cold drinks as the room gets quite hot and we couldn’t find any temperature controls except the radiators which were off and the open window. From inside the room, the hallway can also be fairly noisy however where you can hear people going in and out of doors, using the locks, talking on phones, using hairdryers in rooms etc

Great trendy location

Great stay loved the trendy area it was located in. Felt safe walking around after sightseeing during the day with my mum. Hotel clean, great basic stay. Hotel check in easy. Restaurant quite expensive so chose to eat out further down the street.
