The breakfast food was very average and no variety day to day. The bathroom floors were horrible! The grout on the tiles was brown in the shower area and gray everywhere else and it was supposed to be white. We had to wear shower shoes as all the rooms we saw were the same and couldn't cancel the reservation.

Fantastic stay here. The staff were so friendly and really wanted to look after you. Our room was lovely and it was nice to be in a hotel where the window actually opened a bit so you could get fresh air rather than just air con. Proper sized mugs for teas and coffees and a really comfy bed! Shower in the wet room bathroom was also excellent. Perfect location for exploring Belfast and we'll definitely be back here again!

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great, central location with plenty of places to eat nearby and we had no problems finding parking next to the hotel.

Staff were not picking calls at reception, though they are staffed 24 hrs, we have go twice down from our room to check with them for the food we ordered that was supposed to be delivered at the reception, for some reason, our food was not delivered at all. Room was not cleaned next day of our stay Overall not a good experience with this particular location of Ramada

Firstly I would like to say that the staff were very friendly and helpful and our issues were not their fault. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and squeaked if you moved at all on it which meant my husband woke me when he went to the toilet during the night and got up early in the morning when he couldn’t sleep. He also had to phone reception during the night due to the noise coming from the adjoining room. Unfortunately I greatly doubt that we will be back at the Ramada again 😟
