I didn’t know there was a spa. I didnt realize there was only a door with a code box, but there was a Ring. I got the information I needed to get in. I alao didn’t realize I had gotten an email with instructions. The worst part is that everywhere i go, i have a large suitcase that i cannot get up the stairs. There was no staff to help me. I thought I had said i needed help up stairs. Two other guests did arrive to help me. After that, everything was good. I really enjoyed the water and the coffee and tea.

There are no discrepancies between the conditions advertised and the property itself. It is clean, comfortable, new bathroom. I was kept informed by the owners and the check in/out is a slick process. Downsides, the light gets in through the door framework at night and it disturbs the sleep, noise is easily audible, I was given 2 keys with no explanation. The area is not great but I was able to walk at night without problems. But all went well so it's worth the money.

Mess up on room, had to contact owner as did not get room that we had booked. Informed us to go to another room where this was occupied by a gentlemen. Given another room that was very very small, television did not connect, bedroom was hot, walls were very thin and you could hear other occupants in the house.
