As soon as I walked into the hotel the reception staff were polite. The room 607 was amazing, so clean and the room and bathroom were huge. There were hangers, ironing board and iron. The
Christmas decorations went up on the Friday, beautiful tree.
Reception area was so clean and tidy
Gluten free selection of breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Belfast and wanted to share my positive experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality. The location was ideal—central, with lots of nearby places to eat and shop. Despite being so central, my room was quiet and peaceful. The room itself was well equipped with everything I needed, making it very comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel to others.

The room was great the staff were good and accommodating. I had paid for a soft drink package basically that was suppose to include 4 mini drinks and 2 bags of crisps in my room upon arrival which was not there when we arrived. I had asked the receptionist who had seemingly never heard the tell of it before but offered me a “bottle of coke or something” I had advised him not to worry about it as the novelty of having these in the room upon arrival had worn off. As we arrived at the hotel after 9pm and was looking forward to a nice refreshing drink. But anyways the same receptionist later came to my room to ask if we would like 2 drinks and was happy to supply 2 glasses of Fanta and 2 bags of crisp, and gave us 2 mini bags of peanuts as a courtesy for the confusion.

The hotel location is great, the room was mostly good - but the bathroom was a bit grotty. Not what you’d expect of a 4 star hotel. The luggage room is too small too. When we went to check in, we were told it was full and that we could leave our luggage in an unguarded corner with the hotel accepting no liability if it was taken. This meant that we had to hang around the hotel until check in rather than exploring the city, which was very limiting.

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, we appreciated having a kettle and coffee maker in the room. The ledge in the bathroom was helpful for additional space. We found it quiet and convenient and staff were very kind and helpful, especially Rachel who seemed to be everywhere all at once and was SO kind and efficient.
