The only thing I would mention is mugs would be better than cups in the bedroom, sadly I arrived late and left early so didn't really get chance to enjoy what looks like a lovely hotel

Where to start - I was clearly looking warm and tired upon my arrival so the staff made sure my room was ready early so I could settle in and freshen up. I asked for directions to the nearest shopping precinct only to be told it was a little too far to walk to on such a hot day, but a member of staff would be happy to drive me there. Which they thankfully did. Returned later in the evening to a fantastic and very reasonably priced evening meal. At check out the reception staff, once again, went above and beyond to help me solve a paper receipt situation for my expenses submission. This hotel is outstanding in every way and I look forward to my next visit. Big shout out to the reception staff and the amazing chef on 13 July 2026.
