Simply stunning chalet bungalow perched on the hills and overlooking the city of Belfast. Completely refurbished to the highest standard, everything has been added with guests in mind.
Stretch out in the large open plan lounge area and stargaze on those clear nights, relax on the super-king beds after a long day sightseeing, catch up over a glass of wine at the kitchen island or light up the fire pit and relax in the garden sanctuary.
There is nothing else like this in Belfast.
Brand new kitchen with all mod cons including state of the art coffee machine
Traditional dining table for formal eating and large kitchen island for those casual catch ups
Two lovely bedrooms with super-king beds
Two full bathrooms (one en suite with large walk-in shower).
Large lounge area with soft carpeting throughout, a fireplace and a generous picture window with a top of the range Suncore telescope set up for our guests's use.
Back garden is expertly manicured and provides a blissful haven to relax in and make use of the fire pit and ample outdoor lounge seating.
Please note that the outside set up (gas canister, cushions for lounge sofa, and parasol) can all be provided for an additional cost of £60. Please let us know in advance if you would like these so we can prepare them for your arrival.
The gas cylinder lasts approximately 5 hours at full power and 8 hours on low heat.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
