Hassle free stay. Staff are lovely. Free parking at rear is a great saving and also free breakfast. Only downside is that it is a little bit of walk in the dark from the Main Street. There are street lights but still felt a little bit isolated.

It was modern, clean, staff efficient and friendly and very good breakfast , all for a reasonable price. Hard to fault it. Also very close to Botanic Gardens and the incredible Ulster museum, both well worth visiting.

Clean room, good breakfast. Not really near anything. I accidentally book this instead of Holiday Inn near the train station. It was non refundable and they would not do me a courtesy to change it despite me calling same day. Completely my fault but it would have made me feel better about IHG hotels.
