The hotel was lovely and staff were great. I recommend speaking to them before venturing out if you're new to the area. For me, it was a bit further out than I realised. You can walk to the city centre in around 20 mins but some of the surrounding streets are not as nice. Great location for the Botanic Gardens.

Short one night stay. Highs: Beds were so comfortable. Bedding lovely. Shower was great. Excellent and roomy free parking. Breakfast was delicious and we could spread out to enjoy it. Lots of food choices. Pleasant staff. Would stay again in Belfast. Lows: Elevators were small if you have luggage with a family. No early check in so there is a long line at 3 pm to register. Bus trips stay here, overwhelming public spaces.

The area where this hotel is situated is disgusting. There is litter all over the pavements. It is a good 30mins walk into city centre. The rooms are run down and need freshening up. Limited choice for breakfast. I would not stay in this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel off of the ormeau road. The area Is a mixture . It’s About a 25 min walk to the centre of Belfast . Bed was comfortable but hotel needs some TLC shower was poor .
