Seemed like the perfect location for us on our trip. Not necessarily walkable to the main Downtown sites but we drove down there, parked and then walked around the city.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors said hello and were welcoming. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Downsides: washing machine was out of order and heater was tricky to use. But I would recommend apartment to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.
