The hotel was wonderful, from checking in to the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was very good too. If I had one point of contention it was slightly out of the loop of sightseeing.
The staff went above and beyond to help my grandfather and I during our one night stay. The amenities are first class and the restaurant was great. I would definitely stay here again!
We were very pleased with the hotel, property and location; we walked everywhere. We spent a joyous evening with the FABULOUS HELENA, bartender extraordinaire. She's a gifted bartender. Consistently created one amazing cocktail after another for both my husband and myself. Each was so good that I had a record breaking 3 marintinis! She deserves recognition. We very much enjoyed her company and Charlie's too.
Stayed in a standard room which was very comfortable & view was actually quite nice. Didn’t have breakfast, but had pre-dinner drinks out on the terrace which over looks the river, which was lovely & bar area was fab. We were going to an event at the SSE Arena, so this was very convenient for the location & within walking distance of the venue.
