Good option for Belem

Perfectly adequate hotel. Not luxury but modern and has everything you could want. Nice pool on the roof with a view of the city. Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast.

A esteira da academia estava dando choque, oferecendo risco aos hóspedes. Outro ponto grave foi o funcionamento dos elevadores. Em determinado momento vi ao sair de um dos elevadores, o elevador ao lado parado no andar do meu quarto deixando um espaço aberto, situação extremamente perigosa, principalmente considerando que uma criança poderia facilmente sofrer um acidente grave caso se aproximasse. Mesmo porque colocaram apenas um balde na frente para sinalizar o perigo. O outro elevador apresentava um barulho muito forte e estranho, causando insegurança durante o uso. Andei nele apenas uma vez. Meu quarto ficava no oitavo andar e fiquei apreensiva em utilizar os elevadores durante toda a hospedagem. Também tive problemas com a porta do quarto. A chave/cartão falhou diversas vezes; precisei descer e subir duas vezes para remagnetizar a chave, acreditando inicialmente que esse era o problema. Depois, solicitei a troca do cartão, mas ainda assim a porta continuou travando. Fiquei cerca de 10 minutos tentando abrir o quarto sozinha até conseguir. Inclusive, o próprio funcionário perguntou posteriormente se eu havia conseguido entrar e informou que acionaria a assistência técnica, demonstrando que o problema já havia sido identificado. Não sei se ele não me acompanhou porque era padrão, nesse tipo de problema. Considero que os problemas relatados envolvem não apenas desconforto, mas principalmente questões de segurança e manutenção inadequada das instalações.
