A hospedagem foi Ok. O prédio estava em reforma. Os quartos nao estavam 100%. Diria que estavam 60%. Necessitam de ajustes. Mas o café da manhã foi otimo e as pessoas da recepção e demais funcionários foram ótimos também.

Horrible experience :-(

Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel to Belem with a complicated itinerary, arriving the day after our booked stay. We sent a message to the hotel about our late arrival, we tried calling the hotel, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and later we found out that the staff only spoke Portuguese. After our arrival, staff refused to accommodate us even though they had rooms available, they were unfriendly and unpleasant. Never again.

O hotel até q é bom mas no quesito limpeza deixa a desejar. As toalhas são muito velhas e nem sempre a moça da limpeza tinha toalhas limpas pra trocar e eu ficava tipo dois dias com a toalha molhada no quarto. Outra coisa importante é que não tem restaurante no hotel e pra quem chega cansado do seu compromisso, não ter um lugar pra comer é dose! Tive de ir no restaurante do Ibis q fica logo em frente. Não sei se volto nesse hotel.
