The property was in a great location for the docks with a secure carpark. The room was spacious with an amazing shower, both hot and powerful, nice size bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection to eat so no problems with deciding

Very badly located,unfriendly staff and terrible rooms.A/C system no maintenance. Very poor shower utilities,my room did not even have a soap bar. Lobby area high temperatures probably of disfunctioning A/C. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Good location for work trips.

This is a great location for work trips, if you need access to the commercial area. The hotel however, needs a bit more renovation. I have been staying here for at least three years now and the hotel is upgrading. For example, all of the lights I found are now LED. Great for conserving energy and keeping the amount of heat produce down. In addition, this isn't a place to walk around after dark

Bela cidade, procure outro hotel.

Primeiramente nos pedimos um berço para o nosso filho de 1 ano. O berço estava muito alto e pedimos para ajustar a cama para que nao fosse perigoso para ele. Eles nos disseram que eles não conseguiriam ajustar o berço, nos forçando a sair, procurar por ferramentas e fazer o ajuste nós mesmos. Detalhe, o ajuste facilmente é feito com uma chave "L" comum. Segundamente, o quarto estava sujo, a roupa de cama era pequeno demais, mal cobrindo o colchão, e para o nosso horror quando acordamos e os lençóis estavam fora do lugar, foi revelado que o colchão estava cheio de manchas, que nós dormimos encima sem saber. No quarto tinha um cheiro ruim e encontramos uma barata, o mecanismo de lugar o chuveiro estava quebrado e a pia estava entupida. A sala de jantar parecida que fazia parte de uma prisão e a seleção de comidas do café da manha não eram variadas, o nosso cartão chave do quarto perdia a magnetização a todo momento e por fim quando pedimos toalhas limpas, a primeira resposta que recebemos foi "não temos". Não recomendo.
