O ambiente estava limpo e organizado 90% dos dias. O anfitrião foi solicito quanto ao uso dos espaços coletivos, a cozinha conta com espaços e utensílios para preparo das refeições. Havia roupa de cama e toalhas limpas e foram trocadas conforme o uso. O ar condicionado gelava muito bem. Pontos a melhorar = os hospedes nem sempre mantinham a regra de silencio, o banheiro era compartilhado e os colchoes dos beliches eram um pouco desconfortáveis, não há garagem. Talvez eu não tenha me atentado ao segundo item e infelizmente não consegui fazer a troca de quartos. No geral gostei da localização e a vizinhança ao redor, super recomendo, principalmente para quem viaja com intuito de explorar a cidade, local ideal para qualquer idade que possa subir escadas, compartilhar banheiro, cozinha.
