Electric heating in the bedroom and bathroom. Laundry area across from the cottage with a private washing machine, sink, and vacuum cleaner. Covered carport. Shared, unfenced property of 10,000 m². Private terrace of 17 m² with patio furniture, a parasol, and sun loungers. Option to rent the “Gîte des Vignes” (46G12541) for 4 people on the same property, with no direct line of sight to neighboring homes. Pets allowed. Accommodation not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
