Presque tout va mal dans cet hotĂȘl qui n'a rien d'un hotĂȘl tant le service est inexistant. Nous n'avons eu aucun service de chambre. On a mĂȘme refusĂ© de nous donner des serviettes propres (celles dans la chambre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Ă©taient sales). A l'arrivĂ©e, il a fallu insister pour qu'ils nous donnent une chambre alors que celle-ci avait dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© payĂ© sur internet. La chambre avait la porte principale cassĂ©e et une forte odeur de cigarette. Pas d'eau froide au lavabo, un meuble vasque qui est Ă  2 doigts de tomber par terre, des traces de moisissures au plafond, la liste est longue ... La restauration est correcte, sans plus, mais un DJ anime le repas avec un niveau sonore pas du tout adaptĂ©, impossible de s'entendre parler.

DĂšs mon arrivĂ©e une incompĂ©tence de la part du personnel . Ils ne savent pas se que sais une rĂ©servation sur votre site et ne comprenne rien .on nous prends nos piĂšce d’identitĂ©. La chambre les toilette pas faites . J’ai du demander Ă  la femme de chambre l’intervenir . La chasse d’eau hs . Des fourmis sur les murs . Pour la demi pension on me demande un bon qui n’a pas Ă©tĂ© fourni par la rĂ©ception de l’hĂŽtel . À chaque changement d’équipe on me demande dans quelle chambre je suis . La chose positive la vue sur mer de la chambre . Chambre grande ! Et bien sĂ»r le wifi ne fonctionne pas ! La piscine Ă©tait vide et 17 h . Sais vraiment dommage car sais un trĂšs belle endroit pour passer des vacances en famille .
