Highly recommended

Great location, the bed is very comfortable and all the staff are very helpful and approachable. Particularly concierge services helped me a lot (received the post for me before I arrived and ordered the taxi for cash payment since they worried I didn't have Alipay.) This will be my priority choice when I stay in Beijing again.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, The concierge staff helped us call transportation several times, the Restaurant staff was excellent and eager to serve, not to mention very friendly and personable. We ate breakfast often(almost every day) in the Heavenly Jin restaurant at the top of the hotel and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. Probably one of our favorite aspects of that trip. Well done. I hope we can go back there.

Dejligt hotel som ligger en spytklat fra metroen - det gør det virkelig nemt at komme rundt i byen. Der er også lidt spisesteder langs floden i gåafstand fra hotellet. Venligt personale, dog kunne nogle af dem godt trænge til lidt mere engelskundervisning. Vi synes værelset var fint, men deres aircondition er elendig, nu var det ikke varmere end 20 grader udenfor her i marts, men jeg ville nødig opholde mig på hotellet om sommeren hvis de ikke får det fikset. Morgenmaden er et kæmpe plus, virkelig lækkert og stort udvalg. Ingen støj fra andre værelser og en god og ikke for hård seng.

8月21日から3泊4日、子連れで滞在しました。良かった点は、日本的な愛嬌やスマイルサービスこそないですが、タクシーの配車サービスやその他の困ったこと等は、こちらから話しかければ、親身に対応してくれます。立地は、地下鉄10号線亮馬橋D出口を出てすぐなのですが、夜遅く着いたため、一瞬迷いそうになりましたが、D出口を出たら、大きな交差点に戻る感じで、左に曲がってすぐ左手がホテルです。ホテル正面にウェスティンホテルがあり、その商業ビルの地下にコンビニやコーヒーショップ、各チェーン店等が入っていました。ホテルは、高級感があり、ロボットも活躍してほっこりしました。 気になる点は、他の方が挙げていたように、ウォシュレットがないことや、バスタブが掲載されている写真と全く違うこと、全体的に設備は古いので、扉の開閉の音がかなり響きました。ただ、掃除が夕方も入ることや、観光地と少し離れている分、ゆっくりと過ごせました。私としては、以前北京に住んでいた時に、いつか泊まりたい！と思っていたので大変満足です。日本人観光客はあまりいないと思いますが、その分非日常を感じたい方にお薦めです。久しぶりの北京、キャッシュレスが進み、色々助けて頂きありがとうございました。

Nice hotel but very difficult staff.

None of the staff was very fluent in English making it difficult to get issues resolved. Very expensive on everything. Just to sit in the lobby you have to buy tea at 100 RMB otherwise you have to stand. Their breakfast is $35 USD. Don’t waste your money. The breakfast was horrible and completely over priced.

이름 비해 허접한 시설

오래된 호텔이라지만 리모델링도 했는데 객실은 참 중국답게 지저분. 14층 금연층인데 담배냄새가 숨도 못쉴만큼 오후내내. 옛날엔 단골호텔 이었는데 이젠 25만원을 지불하고 묵을 호텔은 아니네요.
