Poor service rendered.

The manager at the counter was very rude towards me when I was checking out this morning. They had charged me Rmb $500 which my credit card company had billed me and she insisted that there is no payment. I even showed her my statement with the Rmb $500. Still refused to believe. We wasted 1 hour just highlighting it but to no avail. Even threatened me with the police when I said I won’t pay the full amount. Is that the way how the treat guests. I had left a feedback on Trip advisor. Now that you ask I am sharing it with you. No more for me.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the attractions and malls. There’s also ATM inside the hotel for cash if there’s paying issue with apps. We signed up private tours with the hotel arrangements, which were great with short or no lines going to Tiananmen Square and Gugong.

The front desk staff are poorly trained, I called in the morning to extend my stay and whomever picked up the phone promised me that we would stay at the same room. So i booked another night and left to run my errands; however when we returned to our original room, the key was no longer working and we were locked out.
