Worst staff

The staff at this hotel were the worst I've ever had to deal with and I've been traveling across South East Asia for 4 months. They barely spoke any English and those that did were reluctant to help with our questions. The travel agent was busy on her mobile phone when we tried to speak to her about booking a tour and she gave us a simple one word answer of 'no' to our question when she actually bothered to respond. I would not recommend this hotel to any international visitors to Beijing.
