We have a beautiful suite room , very clean as well as superb location right in front of apm mall / Wangfujing pedestrian area, easy to walk or get a metro . Great location! Got a room upgrade and loved the room. The towels felt so clean and soft, it was a really nice room. Location was conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants, we didn’t have to walk far to grab food. The staff was really nice.

Breakfast was fantastic, but the executive lounge could have offered better food. The light dinner and snacks were a bit of a miss — not just for me, as some of the dishes were barely touched every night. Overall, the staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and while the hotel may be a little dated, the location is fantastic. We had just come from staying at the W Shanghai - The Bund in a suite on the 33rd floor, so perhaps my expectations were set a little high. That said, this was still a very nice hotel in a great location and offered good value for the money.
