Infuriating

Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate prices despite being advertised as free on the website. Honestly one of the worst most frustrating hotel experiences in my life. Travelled the world. Never these issues.
