The hotel itself was lovely, the staff had limited English but was sufficient. Our only issue was the service (or lack there of) in the main restaurant for breakfast. There was no communication beyond asking for the room number, we were gestured in, sat ourselves, and no one once came by our table to see if we wanted the buffet or to order from a menu, we had to serve ourselves tea/coffee from the wait staff counter, and there was zero service or interaction despite several wait staff being in the room.
Otherwise, that was our only complaint, everything else was very nice. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.
