Staff was great went to the Great Wall on New Year’s Day when we returned the was food in the lobby to celebrate tea coffee candies available in the lobby 24/7 hotel is located on a pedestrian street with plenty of shops and restaurants there is also a subway station at one end of the street highly recommended this hotel

The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing again.

The staff went above and beyond. The location is convenient. Our kids loved the tea and snacks provided. Laundry service was very helpful. They booked us a driver to the Great Wall. My son said it was his favorite hotel on our trip so far.

Excellent customer service from the time they contact u till the day u left. All three of us agrees they deserve the best review. The location is perfect to experience the old part of the city. Easy to get to Tiananmen Square and Parks. Recommend hiring a bicycle to look around. The Staff were all very helpful. The room was very clean and they did our laundry free of charge. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
