Guesthouse "Old Country House" with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

We would be delighted to welcome you to our lovingly maintained farmhouse, over 130 years old. The spacious apartment for 4–5 people is located in the newly renovated attic in a quiet area of the village Behrendorf near Viöl, which has 600 residents. Shops can be reached in five minutes by car, and the harbor town of Husum is about 15 minutes away.



The attic features a bright studio apartment with kitchen (newly renovated in 2023, approx. 40 m²) for 2–3 people, an additional single room for 1–2 people, and a modern bathroom with shower. The studio offers a double bed (1.80 m) and a sofa bed (1.20 m). TV, music system, and Wi-Fi are available. A travel cot for a small child can be provided. The single room has a 1.40 m wide bed. You have your own entrance to the apartment; part of the front garden with seating and barbecue facilities is available exclusively for you.



Behrendorf is a village surrounded by nature and agriculture. Walking paths by horse, cow, and sheep pastures invite you to relax right outside the door. Thanks to its central location, the accommodation is ideal for excursions: swimming in the North Sea, shopping in Husum or Flensburg, historical tours to the Viking village Haithabu, visits to the Multimar Wattforum, boat trips to the Halligen and seal banks, mudflat hiking, or bird watching.



On request, we offer guided bike tours (e-bikes recommended, please bring your own bikes; participation is available for guests for a fee). We also share our knowledge about local medicinal herbs and prepare individually tailored teas for interested guests.



We live ourselves on the ground floor, and the accommodation is exclusively for holiday guests.
